Jobes Holding NV cares about your privacy. This statement explains which personal data we process through www.jobesholding.be, why, and what your rights are.

Who is responsible?

This website is about the holding company only. Each dealership and body shop in the group has its own website and its own privacy statement.

What data do we process?

Visiting the website. The site has no forms, no analytics and no social media buttons, and it does not set cookies. With every visit, our hosting provider records technical data such as your IP address, the time, the page requested and your browser type. This data is needed to keep the site secure and available. It is not used to track or profile you.

Contact by email. If you email us, we use your name, email address and the content of your message only to answer your question.

  • Technical data from a visit: our legitimate interest in securing the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). It is kept for our hosting provider’s standard period and then deleted.
  • Emails: our legitimate interest in answering your question (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep them no longer than needed to follow up on your question.

Who do we share data with?

The website is hosted on Microsoft Azure. It is managed from the West Europe region and delivered to visitors through Microsoft’s global network. Microsoft acts as a processor for Jobes Holding. We do not sell your data or pass it on to third parties, unless the law requires us to.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object. Send your request to info@jobesholding.be. We will reply within one month.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
